Sir Simon Stevens Salary: Stevens was originally born in Birmingham, Oxford, in August 1966. He is the son of a Minister of Baptism and a university administrator. Rupert Read and Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of Extinct Rebellion, were one of his colleagues at Balliol College. Stevens was then awarded an MBA at Strathclyde University in Glasgow. After finishing his university in Guyana, Stevens began his career. From 1988 to 1997, he then became a medical manager in the UK as well as internationally.
