Dharma Ocean Meditation: Dharma Ocean Meditation is a simple but deep practice that allows us to reconnect with our most fundamental self. We now have an essential, vacant, open and free state of being within us. But we can’t see it right now because a variety of usual trends and obscurations are obscure. We can eventually let these go through meditation, branding the unnecessary and revealing the brilliant, awakened state we are actually. As a result of this process, we can concentrate our lives very clearly and warmly so that this sacred world can be viewed, understood, and others fully loved by us.
Meditation gives us back our lives and our deepest selves at first, and then it opens our hearts to the whole world. The “practising lineage,” according to Trungpa Rinpoche, is as follows: The practising lineage is not to be mistaken for anything else.
It’s a realisation that can only come from inside. And, to be honest, the practising lineage is aware of itself. There isn’t a single person alive who is aware of the practising lineage. The practising lineage entails putting one’s faith in the practice of meditation and the mind of meditation as the root of one’s existence.
